This is a Michelada, made with tomato juice (clamato), lime juice, Worcestershire, soy, horseradish, hot sauce and beer. Not vodka. The mixed has clams, oysters, octopus, shrimp, jicama, mango, pineapple, cucumber, carrots, sprinkled with chili powder.
