The Dayton Street Grille is in the Concourse Hotel, sort of hidden from the Madison locals, but it's worth finding to get a bloody with the breakfast buffet. I tasted a hint of smoke flavor in the bloody mary, which I'm not a big fan of, other than that a 5 star treat.
