While small (5 oz?) and a little skimpy on salad (two pickled beans and an olive), given the liquor laws in Utah (only 1 oz alcohol per drink) and the bacon add-on (house cured, thick cut for $2 extra) - this is a good deal at $3 (yes, $3!). Avenues Proper is doing what it can within the crazy UT laws and the price is right (served at their Sunday Brunch). - at Avenues Proper on |

Best I've had in Albany so far - got the Surf n' Turf (shrimp, bacon, and celery garnish with bacon infused vodka). $10 for a pint glass. - at Irongate Cafe on |

Ask for the special horseradish for more kick. Garnish is pretty standard (hot pepper stuffed olive, pickled asparagus, lemon, and lime), but they do free pour the vodka, which is rare in Utah. Go for brunch when they are 5.50 and all you can eat buffet is 9.00. - at Poplar St. Pub on |
