This Bloody is pretty much perfect. Delicious flavor, the right amount of spice, and an interesting salad.

Five stars. Could possibly be my new favorite in Madison. I don't usually like the thick saucy type, but this is an exception. Great flavor. Asked for medium spice and was done to perfection. The Umami Bloody has infused quail egg, Chinese sausage, pickled Gallic clove and Thai basil for a salad, Go with Ashley, the bartender's recommendation and eat the garlic clove and sausage together...spectacular,
