I was told to get a bloody from Tasha at the Up North. She makes the spiciness level to order and uses absolut citron AND peppar, a combo of spices and dark tap beer. She tops it with a pickle, olives, lemon, lime and cheese. One of the best bloodies I've ever had! Oh, and it costs $5.50. Awesome!
